Protótipo para um anel ajustável / Adjustable ring prototype

Recebi uma encomenda personalizada de três anéis e um pendente em que a cliente me forneceu as peças de vidro para fazer o wrapping, visto que não têm buracos. Cá estão elas:

Os anéis teriam que ser ajustáveis, o que veio acrescentar à dificuldade do projecto... Já nem falo do pendente porque ainda não cheguei lá!

Depois de extensas pesquisas consegui adquirir um tutorial para um anel ajustável que me agradou, mas decidi fazer um anel de teste para praticar e encontrar todos as dificuldades antes de fazer as peças finais. Ainda bem que o fiz, porque este anel não é fácil! Levou-me duas noites e muito suor para completar. Cometi e corrigi alguns erros, que tenho a certeza que não repetirei nas peças finais. Cá está o resultado:

The rings would have to be adjustable, which added to the difficulty of this project... I'm not even talking about the pendant because I haven got around to it yet!

After some research I found a tutorial for an adjustable ring that I liked, but I decided to make a test ring in order to practice and come across all the problems and whatnots before making the final pieces. I'm glad I did it too, this has been giving me a hard time! It took me two nights and plenty of cussing and swearing to finish. I made and corrected some mistakes, that I'm sure I won't make again in the final pieces. Here's the end result:
