Finalmente! / Finally!

Ufffff!
Finalmente, a noite passada consegui acabar uma peça! Do princípio ao fim, um belo par de brincos (duhh!) cheios de amorrrrr!
Foi difícil! Comecei a mexericar nas minhas coisas logo a seguir ao jantar e só acabei os brincos lá para a meia-noite e meia! Levaram-me cerca de uma hora de trabalho real... O resto do tempo foi preenchido com tentativas falhadas e arrumações de contas, missangas e metais nas suas respectivas caixas. Comecei a noite a olhar para as mesmas coisas que tinha largado na última noite de frustração sem conseguir fazer nada! Desisti e comecei a arrumar. Eu lido "menos bem" com a confusão quando quero fazer alguma coisa, seja uma tarefa simples como... sei lá! - fazer um bolo, ou um pouco mais complexa como é a bijuteria, tenho que arrumar tudo antes de começar a trabalhar.
Portanto... tudo arrumadinho, umas caixas para missangas, outras para contas de vidro, separadas por cores, mais umas para metais e básicos... Fiquei satisfeita com o resultado! No meio da arrumação encontrei um projecto já iniciado mas que não tinha passado da ideia inicial porque a corrente era fina demais para os metais que eu tinha para trabalhar e eu não conseguia adicionar-lhe nada. Era um projecto que eu tinha iniciado antes de começar a experimentar com fio de arame.
Ao olhar para aquela corrente vi que ia poder fazer algo, era só pegar no meu fio de arame de 0.03mm de espessura e começar a trabalhá-lo! Da corrente para o fio de arame, do fio de arame para uns belíssimos corações Swarovski, de um vermelho intenso lindíssimo... foram pulinhos de pardal!
Ainda experimentei incorporar outros cristais Swarovski mas quando acabava os brincos ficava sempre com aquela sensação de que algo não estava bem! Fui olhando para as minhas caixinhas de tesouros e achei o complemento ideal... "é só lóve"!
Assim que puder coloco aqui uma foto... É que agora estou de novo sem máquina fotográfica... Tinha pedido a de uma vizinha amiga, mas ela precisou dela, agora vou ter que pedir outra emprestada! Tenho que fazer um mealheiro para comprar uma máquina fotográfica digital!

Oufffff!
Finally, last night I finished a piece! From top to bottom, a nice pair of earrings (duhhh) full of looooove!
It was difficult! I started messing around with my beads and stuff right after dinner and I finished the earrings around half past midnight! They actually took about and hour of real work... The other hours were spent with failed attempts and sorting out beads, seed beads and findings to their boxes.
I started the night staring at the same things that I had dropped in my last frustrating night of beading nothing! I gave it up and started sorting. I deal "less well" with the mess when I wanna do something, either it's a simple task like... I don't know! - baking a cake, or a bit more complex task like jewelry, I just have to clean and sort everything out before I start working.
So... everything nice and neat, these boxes for seed beads, these for glass beads, sorted by color, another boxes for findings and metals... I was happy with what I accomplished! In the midst of sorting I found a project that i had started but never went past the first idea because the chain I used was too thin for the findings I had and I couldn't link it to nothing or add anything to it. This was a project I had started before I started experimenting wire working.
Looking at that chain I saw I could do something out of it, I just needed to take my 28 gauge wire and start working it! From the chain to the wire, from the wire to these beautiful Swarovski hearts, of a gorgeously intense red.. It was like doing the sparrow's little hops!
I tried incorporating some other Swarovski crystals but every time I finished it I got that feeling that something was wrong! I looked and looked at all my treasury boxes and I found the perfect match... Lot's of love!
I'll post a picture as soon as possible... It's just that I don't have a camera again... I had borrowed my friend and neighbor's camera but then she needed it, and now I'll have to borrow some other camera! I think I just might have to start a piggy bank to buy my own digital camera!
